All our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. So if you are placing the order outside of UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending on your location.
Unfortunately, Melady has no control over any duties, taxes, or customs imposed by the nation to which your product is being shipped. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned to back to us, we will contact you regarding a re-shipment or refund. In case of a refund, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customs may choose to dispose of your package instead of returning it to Melady. In that case, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship the product back to you.
