Wear a non-padded bra for the most accurate results.
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust.
Round the number to the nearest whole inch.
If it’s even, that’s your band size. If it’s odd, round up to the next even number. Example: 31″ → Band size 32
Step 2: Measure Your Bust Size
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust.
Keep it level and not too tight.
Round to the nearest whole inch.
Step 3: Calculate Your Cup Size
Subtract your band size from your bust measurement:
